These Blueberry Yogurt Bombs are a refreshing, healthy, and delicious frozen treat made with creamy yogurt and juicy blueberries. They are perfect for a quick snack, healthy dessert, or summer treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
- ½ cup melted white chocolate (optional for coating)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add the Blueberries
Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to crush them too much.
Step 3: Form the Bombs
Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop portions of the yogurt mixture onto the tray to form small mounds.
Step 4: Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the yogurt bombs are completely firm.
Step 5: Optional Chocolate Coating
If desired, dip each frozen yogurt bomb into melted white chocolate. Return them to the tray and freeze for another 15 minutes until the coating hardens.
Step 6: Serve
Enjoy immediately as a frozen snack or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Tips
- Use fresh, ripe blueberries for the best flavor.
- Add chopped strawberries or raspberries for variety.
- For extra crunch, roll the bombs in crushed graham crackers before freezing.
- Vanilla Greek yogurt creates a sweeter dessert, while plain yogurt keeps it lighter.
These Blueberry Yogurt Bombs are creamy, fruity, and naturally sweet, making them a fun and healthy treat for both kids and adults.
