Step 1: Dough Prepare Karein

Ek bowl me flour aur salt mix karein

Ab sourdough discard aur oil add karein

Thora thora pani daal kar soft dough banayein

Dough ko 5โ7 min ache se knead karein

Step 2: Dough Rest Karein

Dough ko cover kar ke 1โ2 hours room temperature par rest karne dein

Step 3: Filling Banayein

Onion aur garlic fry karein jab tak light golden ho
