🧂 Ingredients

🍪 Oatmeal Cookies

  • ½ cup (120g) sourdough discard
  • ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
  • ½ cup (115g) butter (soft)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (100g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional but 🔥)
  • ¼ tsp salt

🧁 Cream Filling

  • ½ cup (115g) butter (soft)
  • 1½ cups (180g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cookie dough banao

  • Butter + brown sugar ko creamy hone tak beat karo
  • Egg + vanilla + sourdough discard add karo
  • Mix kar lo

2️⃣ Dry ingredients add karo

  • Flour + oats + baking soda + salt + cinnamon mix karo
  • Isay wet mixture mein add karo
    👉 Soft dough ready ho jaye ga

3️⃣ Bake karo

  • Oven: 180°C preheat
  • Baking tray par small scoops daalo
  • 10–12 minutes bake karo

👉 Cookies soft rahni chahiye (overbake mat karna)


4️⃣ Cream filling

  • Butter + powdered sugar beat karo
  • Vanilla + milk add karke smooth cream bana lo

5️⃣ Assemble

  • 2 cookies lo
  • Beech mein cream lagao
  • Sandwich bana lo 🥪

  • Cookies thandi hone ke baad hi fill karo
  • Zyada soft texture ke liye brown sugar hi use karo
  • Thodi molasses add karo to classic flavor aa jata hai
